I can honestly say that it looked nice at first. Good price, takes pets, gated, and has a security patrol. After loosing my application in the office not once but twice, I was finally able to move in. I was able to overlook the badly stained carpet that I don't think was cleaned before I moved in, the dirty kitchen, the old discolored paint on the walls. The first couple of monthes were okay, once I got over the noise, not only from being right next to the freeway, and busy W El Camino, but from my neighbors as well. Then I came to realize that the security gates were all for show and were NEVER closed at night. Then there were the break-ins and sexual assults that we weren't notified about until they had been going on for about a month. The management promply increased the security, which meant instead of just the guy sleeping in the guard's station, there is now occasionally a guy sleeping in his car at the entrance as well. With all this increased security, it's no wonder that my car was stolen from the parking lot (I honestly think it was stolen just to open up another spot since it's so hard to get parking here)! But at least it was only stolen once, my neighbor's car has been stolen from here 3 times. Paying the extra money to break the lease and get out of a place never sounded so good...
