Don't be deceived by the security at the front gate and the smiling faces at the leasing office. They put on a good show but keep in mind that is all it is, A SHOW!! After almost a year of living here and numerous complaints to fix the entrance gate it was never done. Only after several women were assaulted in their homes, and various thefts and assaults in the laundry rooms did they finally deem it necessary to secure the front gates. In addition to the fact that it takes near death threats to get any maintenance issues addressed!!! The jacuzzi in the second pool is still non-functional. The washers in the laundry near building 12 don't have any hot water. (Imagine how white your clothes are after being washed in ice cold water) There has been an infestation of rats and their solution to that is putting down sticky paper in the most obvious places of your kitchen. Nonetheless, let it be a day past the fifth and your rent is late, wow then you really get a response. Threatening letters of eviction and embarrassing letters taped to the front of your door on display for everyone to see and read. Take this review and heed the warning to all considering filling out an application here. DON'T DO IT, ITS NOT WORTH IT, WHATEVER THEY TELL YOU IN THE LEASING OFFICE ABOUT PROMPT COURTEOUS SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A LIE!!!! TRY RIVER TERRACE - A DEFINITE BETTER PLACE TO LIVE.....
