Moved in January 2007. I live in a 2x2 apt. The management changed a few times, but they know have a good manager. A little over priced but has a lot of upgrades. Maint. work orders are always done on time. Very quiet. Parking is a little scarce. Friendly people living in community. Would refer to friends.
