I've lived here only a short time and have found it is not as bad as the ratings. (i checked before renting here). I saw this community before the new owners took over and it has done a complete 360 for the good. Nothing is out of the ordinary that you don't find at other communities. I have enjoyed living here and do plan on renewing. You can't make everybody happy.
