I was burglarized and was robbed in a spand of 2 months. My neighbor also had his Mustang stolen off the parking lot.
And speaking of parking lots, there is no guest parking. So if you have friends or know people, ask them to crawl to your place instead of driving.
The current management is also not the friendliest or the most helpful. If you are on budget and have absolutely nothing of value though, I recommend it.
