Are you kidding me! For a minute there I thought I was living in south sac or should I say somewhere in LA. Holy crap this place sucks. No security whatsoever, 1 I repeat 1 covered parking space, high crime. At first I thought this place was for students but then Section 8 took over & they were in consideration of letting Sexual predators a chance to house there. There is always helicopters flying out at night shining the lights down the apts and very loud neighbors who are either partying or slanging late late night. At one time college students used to live there, what happened??? Tow truckers are ridiculous, it seems like they get paid for every car they tow because they're seriously on a mission there. If you don't mind living in the projects or should I say ghetto feel free to move there. Be aware be VERY VERY AWARE!!!
