Loved the river access, and overlooking the levy, cool bar and food accross the street, 15min walk to Sac State, 25 min walk to lightrail, right next to bus stop. Excellent location!!!
Great floorplan. Tiny bathroom. Pretty big in general compared to other Sac apartments.
Management does suck! They redecorated/refurbished their offices instead of considering apt updates while I was there. Hardly any response to problems. No compassion. No plans to fix problems. Looks dirty and run-down.
Guest parking is extremely limited (one designated spot per apt for yourself is available)
Definitely not a safe place to live... break-ins, stolen bikes, scratched cars, broken-in cars, homeless people, drug people, domestic disputes, interesting residents to say the least.
Some college kids/loud parties occured here and there. Lots of through traffic at night through the parking lot. Definitely noisy.
It still was the best two years of my life living there with all the apartmen problems!
