The only management that's nice is Christina...the other lady was on the phone the whole time when i wanted to turn in my rent...she saw me but never acknowledged me... n Taryn talks crap about the people behind their backs, but she does act really nice to your face.
The smell of the place is like sulfer n rubber and ionno where all the fresh air went. I mean u'd expect fresh air from all these trees. But what all these trees do is make ur car dirty w/ all their pine needles, bird shit, and pollen! gah!
It does look like they spent all their money to remodel the models as well as their own office so u can get duped into thinking ur getting a top quality apartment. Plus they say that printing is free? what good is free printing when their printer NEVER works. As for apartment quality, I suppose it depends on the apartment ur in cuz my friend's apartment had so much mold in the bathroom it was so disgusting, but my bathroom didn't look that bad...They should double pane their windows cuz u can hear the traffic especially when it's rush hour b/c there are two main highways perpendicular to ea other n ur in this small apartment stuck in the middle of it all. & also they talk about how they're so "strict" on keeping the noise down. They say if 1 apartment gets like 3 complaints on the noise level they're out of the apartment...the problem is that they transfer that person across from u so u hear all their music from a whole different direction!
the lighting around the apartments is so dim i feel so paranoid that someone will jump out at me. They NEED to add more lighting.
i don't have any complaints about the crime like cars being stolen or broken into...but there are some child molesters around here according to megans law...about 4 right now. Also, there are just some weird people around here...I saw this guy jerking off near the bike trail and asked me to join him!..i was so grossed out...i didn't feel safe for a while. I never had my apartment broken into but neighbors said that police were at my apartment door knocking n asking for this russian convict! i was away for the weekend of course...who would want to spend a weekend here!
if u can tolerate this then i think u can survive here.
