scary place to live. I was held at gunpoint and robbed in the parking lot. my neighbors apartment was broken into and ransacked. at least the old staff was nice and gave a shit about people who lived here, the new staff is stuck up and rude and look like idiots fumbling through their papers like the answers are hidden somewhere beneath their heaping piles of unkempt paperwork. they never have any answers to your questions and their standard response is "I'll look into it and call you back" not only do you not get a call back, but the problem persists (i.e. being charged $300-$400 WATER BILLS and then admitting that you're being billed for a laundry room or an entire building instead of your unit, and then getting a bill almost identical to it the very nexy month). Embarassing notices on the door saying you have 3 days to move if you don't pay, because of their continuing mistakes, so that all your neighbors think you're a lowlife scumbag who doesn't pay the rent, when in fact the gargoyle looking accountant just screwed up....again....like when she admitted to me that they "lost" like 300 checks one month.....and she still has a job? that's a BIG MISTAKE. she must be sleeping with someone in upper management or she would have been canned by now.
