The considerate staff and convenient position near downtown Sacramento make up for the lack of laundry amenities, however. Those who work in the business district of downtown or in the capital city’s various courts will find the five mile commute from Arden Bell Apartments’ residential neighborhood ideal. Families will also love the building’s placement in relation to the local schools. Point West Plaza Shopping Center is nearby, as is the Kitchen restaurant, Kico’s Mexican Food, Café Europa, and Tex Wasabi’s.
