I have lived here for about a year now and I like it.Work orders are taken care of fast,manger is so sweet and helpful,the grounds stay clean. My family and I really enjoy living here.

Great community with lots of amenities!Sand Volleyball,Tennis,Business Center with Free Internet access,Dvd Loaners,Fitness, Sauna,Pool/Spa.Onsite Management,Emergency Maintance. Spacious apartment homes with Cut Berber Carpet,Wood- Style Flooring and even 24 Hour on call courtesy partol. Wonderful place to call home. Stop by today.

The area is a bit rough but Management Strives to keep riff raff to a minimum I have lived here for 7 years and seen several Managers come and go, It takes a special person to take care of all the needs this community has and I commend Brittain Commercial for bringing a lady by the name of kelli back. She is wise, helpful,kind and sincere. The people of this community respect her and the property shows this, while things might never be perfect she does what she can to keep it family orientated, clean and as drug free as possible. Her job can't be easy, I'm just glad she's back.

The manager kelly was very helpful she got us in right away. And were very grateful her customer service was excellent.
