Located one block from Capitol Mall amongst the city’s high-rise buildings, Governors Square has a great downtown location. From it, residents can walk to work, the Capitol, and some of Sacramento’s finest restaurants. Many residents really enjoy the apartments themselves and the amenities that they come with their apartments. The Governors Square also offers free parking. Rent ranges anywhere from $895-$1915, depending on the size. Although it has been said by some residents that the property has had some maintenance issues in the past, the management is always working on trying to improve it. Inquiries can be made during office hours of 9 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday, and 10 AM to 5 PM on weekends.
