Ants everywhere. The "new" carpet is not fully in place-- they didn't secure it well enough. The parking is terrible-- all visitors need a parking pass and you're allowed ONE visitor. The office staff is incompetent and does not communicate well with each other, let alone with others. If you're expecting someone who knows your name and treats you with respect, this is the wrong place.

    A little follow through goes a long way. A call to the office would have taken care of the ant problem and the carpet. Parking is restricted for a reason and only one guest parking pass is issued. There is street parking available and you are not allowed only ONE visitor.
