Apartment Review for Homecoming At Creekside Natomas

I am currently paying 1,578.00!!
I have only lived here since January 09. these condos are VERY, VERY nice on the outside!! But, on the inside they are VERY cheaply made, you can hear any and every noise through the walls, insulation is not good at all. Very, very hot on the 3rd floor, no matter how much you run the air when it's hot, the 3rd floor does not cool off. In the winter the 1st floor is like living in a basement, it's freezing, no matter how much you run the heater. Carpet is low budget, paint on the walls is low budget (flat paint) which means they are easy to get marked up, and when you try to wipe them, the paint scrubs off. As far as i'm concerned you can get the same quality in low income apartments. I never expected this!! I thought the more you pay, the better it gets, not true in this case!!! Kids running around alot. Parking is good, maintenance is timely....
