Apartment Review for Natomas Village Apartments

Unit was not move in ready when we moved in. Carpets were dirty and stained. We were told when we moved out of the 1bdrm into the 2 bdrm unit that we had 3 days to clean after moving out. However when we used those 3 days after we moved out of the complex we were charged 3 days extra rent as apparently this rule did not apply if we moved out of the complex. We left the place cleaner than when we moved in yet they still charged us $60 for cleaning and they did not give us an itemized list of what was cleaned and or repaired.
