3200 Truxel Road is located less than five miles outside of the heart of downtown Sacramento! I-5 is merely a few blocks away, allowing renters to easily access all parts of the city. Some nearby restaurants include Rubio’s Fresh Mexican Grill and Sizzling Fresh Mongolian BBQ; these eateries are within walking distance of the building. Tenants appreciate the landscaping of the grounds. Some reviews criticize the lease policies and Natomas Village Apartments’ security. So far no problems after living here for one year. security stays in the lot all night. parking is pretty scarce. friendly office staff and simply a nice and quiet complex.
