Apartment Reviews for Northpointe Park Apartments - Sacramento

I have lived at this property for almost 3 years now and I can definatley see a change in the property since the current staff has been here. I am a single mother and I feel very comfortable here. The staff has always been polite and helpful to me. There have been times when I have had to speak with them in regards to paying my rent late and they were very undestanding and helpful. I never knew this website existed and when I found it and read the comments I was disturbed at how people can rant and place blame on other people and say such horrible things about the staff personally. I am a professional person and do not have time to deal with my issues this way. If you are reading these comments in order to make your decision on Northpointe Park Apartments, I URGE you to stop by the property speak to the staff and DO NOT let these sad people make decisions for you.

i have only lived here for 3 mon and man i have a really nice car and have had it scratched up i mean bad keyed to were the paint has been ruined and the security dose umm ahh NOTHING at all man i cant wait for my lease to be up they are soooo sooooo getto and the parking sucks if i find out who keyed my car man!!!! i will tap that a**

Really nice community feel. Love the after school program. Office Staff are the nicest individuals and take the time to take care of problems and listen. Walking distance to elementary school. Spacious size.

this apartment complex offers afforadable rent in a very nice area. I've been please with the staff... the ladies are always very friendly and profesisonal. They have assisted me in several situations. In the past there has been a bit crime, but they have done everything in their power to take care of it.

This is a nice looking clean place to live. However, looks are deceiving. I have only been here 3 months and I have seen 8 drug busts. To make matters worse, the new manager is extremely rude and should not work with the public. SHE MISTAKENLY GAVE ME A 3 DAY PAY OR GET OUT NOTICE, WHEN I PAID MY RENT ON THE 1ST. WHEN I BROUGHT HER PROOF, AND I WAS VERY NICE ABOUT IT BECAUSE I REALIZE THAT EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES, SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH ME, WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT MY PROOF, AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT ON THE LIST OF PEOPLE THAT PAID ON TIME. I ASKED HER TO PLEASE TAKE THIS OUT OF MY FILE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I IN FACT DID PAY MY RENT AND SHE JUST YELLED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY. SHE ALSO SENDS A NOTICE EVERY WEEK OF HER NEW RULES, BUT INSTEAD OF CALLING THEM RULES, SHE CALLS THEM WARNINGS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LIVE UNDER A DICTATORSHIP WHEN YOU ARE ALWAYS IN THE WRONG, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. OTHERWISE, PLEASE LIVE ELSEWHERE!! AND, ALTHOUGH SHE WAS IN THE WRONG ABOUT THE 3 DAY NOTICE, SHE STILL TREATED ME LIKE A PIECE OF TRASH AND NEVER BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZE. THIS WOMAN IS UNFRIENDLY AND WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANY REASON. SHE IS PREJUDICE AGAINST ALL OF THE RESIDENTS AND ASSUMES THAT EVERYONE LIVING THERE IS A CRIMINAL AND OUT TO DO WRONG AND BREAK THE RULES. THE APARTMENT MIGHT BE LOCATED IN NORTH NATOMAS, BUT IT MIGHT AS WELL BE NAZI GERMANY DURING THE HITLER REGIME!! <P>
