I moved into this community August 2011. I found the manager to be a friendly and informed person before I even moved in. She enforces the rules and runs a wonderful community. I have not had any negative experiences . I find the neighbors to be friendly and they are helpful. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.

Oak Ridge is a great place to live... Managment is great as well as maintenence, We have a very freindly and quiet complex. The appartments are good size, and well maintained, grounds are nicely kept, pool and hot tup are great... nice BBQ area... BUT if you like Drama, you may want to go elce where, it's the one thing we don't have much of around here.

I have resided at Oak Ridge Apts for about 3yrs. I like the way the apartment grounds are kept nice and clean. Jennifer, Marco and staff have been more than nice and wonderful. Here at Oak Ridge they welcome your pets without pet rent per month, which is a big plus. The apartment layouts are very large and well worth the money. As with every complex you have issues here and there. No apartment complex is exempt. Staff is always excellent at updating and making tenants aware of whats going on. My experience has been great thus far. I would highly recommend this Apartment Complex to anyone looking for a reasonable place to call home, with great staff that do their best accommodating ones needs.

I love this place, it's the safest apartment complex in at least a 5 mile radius. The staff is more than awesome. the Maintenance person goes out of his way to accommodate often working on weekends and especially Sundays if it's something he can do right then. The people at the office are awesome, they are really understanding if you're a tad late on rent once or twice and don't make a habbit of it.
a reviewer on google states that they separate water/sewage/garbage which is true, but most complexes do this and isn't over what they tell you it is on the initial walkthrough. If you do pay online it does charge an extra couple of bucks. I walk in and pay by check and they post it to my account. I moved out of here to try to save money but moved back in less than a year later even with an opportunity to move somewhere else for less, but the community, the safety and the staff is worth every penny.
For you troublemakers: The staff doesn't tolerate ANY disorderly conduct, rude behavior or general douchyness. They will give you one warning and if you continue they WILL kick you out! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

recently moved out of these apartments because they are crazy nazis. god forbid you leave a towel on your porch....you will get about a million notes on your door and then emails will go out to the whole complex about the giant towel problem. maintenance takes months. told them about problems in my apartment and was told "maybe we can get to it in december, but probably not." very poor comunication with the office and since there is only one person that does all of the maintenance it takes forever. i recently found a home in roseville thats the exact same price and is a HOUSE. to sum it up...you will pay more to stay here and you will regret signing that year long lease.

If you are looking for a new place in a gated community with reasonable rent, nice floor plans and a conscientious staff then Oak Ridge Apartments is for you. As a single person, feeling safe and being able to enjoy my apartment were very important. With the gate and after hours security, I can feel safe and the residents are considerate of neighbors - which is a big plus! Come take a look and see if Oak Ridge is right for you.

i currently reside here. the management is top notch and has always been quick to take care of anything i need. The maintenance man is also top notch and is always on top of things. I ask him to fix something and he immediately gets it done. He doesnt mess around and makes sure the apts. and grounds are in good order. The manager jen is awesome and will work with you on anything. ive lived in alot of apts. and this one has the best staff by far! They are friendly, personable and want to help make this a great community, and they succeed. everything i have asked for was taken care of in a timely fashion. im a younger guy but also a student. there have been a few neighbors here and there that sucked, where arent these crappy people? Jen got rid of them when it became clear that they sucked without hesitation. as a result the people that live here are friendly and considerate. My wife agrees that this is the best place that we have lived. i know its the best place that ive lived.

I agree with the last person. The place was great with Jenny Bentley. The management changed and seemed as though things were improving: parking permits so that no one parked in your spot (because that was a huge problem), a little dog area for them to do their business, and they repaved the parking lot.
But it then started to get a little ridiculous. Jenny used to have the lawn workers come out tuesday afternoons around 12PM. Now they come around on Monday mornings at like 5 AM with their LOUD leaf blowers practically blowing directly at your bedroom window (if you live downstairs) as if they were hired to be human alarm clocks...some of us don't have to get up that early!
Second is the fact that there are a bunch of freaking crazies that they have moved in and are also drug dealers. Not to mention the reckless kids who's parents let them play in the parking lot when there is an entire field next to the pool for safe playing, they also LOVE to play "Ding Dong Ditch".
The management is also enforcing rules about what you can and cannot have on your patio/balcony so be careful. They are quick to tell you what you can do, but they are slow at helping you with issues in the apartment. Also make sure that you check the quality of the amenities in the apartment before you move in...things were falling apart left and right within a month. I have drawers in my kitchen that I asked to have fixed months ago. I am moving anyway so it doesn't really matter NOW after living there for 2 years. But just make sure it is up to par before you get in there.
Another good thing about it though is that they let you know the rent changes before you decide to sign a new lease and in the time I have spent there, FOR ME, it has only gone up 10 bucks, they are really good about cutting deals to current residents renewing leases.

We moved in Feb of 2006. I was out of countrt when my husband moved into the apartment and had set it up, when i got back,i was just wondering how everything will be,coz i had just seen the apartment once. I was just amazed to be home. It felt so welcoming we entered the gate, later as i started working, i got to meet Jenny Bently, she was the Manager of the property then, she was an awsome manager, she looked into the residents needs Immediately, she then left, slowly the peace was going also.
I have also experienced a few unwanted dealings going on in the apartment complex, also it was kind of hard for shift workers to rest since during the day there were residents would drive their cars with music which was full load, upon complains there where no step taken, which was upsetting. This is when we started to look for a house to move, sice we were shift workers and needed sleep.
But I wish Jenny Bently luck from all my heart coz whereever she is i m sure that property must be haven.
