First and foremost I had the worse time getting in here. My brother recommended it to me because it was closer to my job then my place in Rocklin. They gave me a big ol' speech about how my credit was perfect but my income was short by 400 dollars. I got my raise and applied again, this time making 800 dollars over there qualifications. The only way they could discribe what I was going through was, "We raised our standards". Standards? What the.. So I completed the move in and the first apartment they gave me was horrible. Feces around the toilet, stains in the carpet, doors didn't lock, holes in the walls, front door issues, neighbors extremely loud, cracks in the mirrors and I won't go on any further. You get the idea right? So I proceeded to call them and let them know the next morning and they switched me to another apartment. The explanation they had for their, "Higher Standards", was that this usually does not happen and is uncommon here. PFT! The next apartment was semi-clean, at this point I just took it because I already paid 500 dollars for the move in and another 500 dollars on the actual moving. Since I have been here the last month, my dog has gotten sick, the carpet has resurfacing stains, the mirros are filthy and damaged, the ice maker does not work, none of the doors lock or close all the way, the front door is damaged and hard to close, maintenance never responds or fixs the actual problem, none of my outlets in the 2nd bedroom or front room work, the dishwasher doesn't close all the way, the refrigerator does not keep things cold, the sink is just sad, the garbage disposal does not work and need I say more becase I can! This place is far from perfect or remodeled as they say they are doing. This place is one fat Fair Housing FINE! I am going to report this place with such HIGH STANDARDS and if I were anyone else, PLEASE, don't rent from here.
