I have lived on other apartments and other areas of Sacramento and this location is better. I am not saying it is the best, but I feel safe when I'm home. The way I see it is that this is Sacramento and there is a lot of crime no matter what. Yeah there are sketchy people I see, but they probably live here too. I have lived in much worse situations where I had to leave. Rivercrest is right by the university, so of course there is going to be partying. I don't normally join in, but that is what college students do. If you are in a family, just don't live here because then you won't like it. Get over it. I'm sick of everyone bagging on these apartments. They are way from perfect, because I have had some problems. All you have to do is be organized and get all papers copied and signed and it's fine. People just need to realize that Sacramento is not safe, so these apartments are perfect for college students who don't mind living the college life!!

Near college. Matinence prompt,maintained grounds,nice people, great management team,clean...again, near college...gets a bit loud sometimes, but that is only drawback.
