My husband and I just moved here recently and the negative things I have to say is the first day we moved in, the next morning we can hear the neighbors music full blast every morning from 8a.m. to 12p.m. We don't know whether it is coming from upstairs or the neighbors from the other side so we couldn't complain. The floor was dirty and so filthy with dirt. I would appreciated if they could have it professionally cleaned. My boyfriend and I had to spend money to buy a steam dirt cleaning vacuum just to scrub all the disgusting dirt off the carpet. It took us 2 days to finally removed all the dirt and stains. Our kitchen sink faucet looks like it is going to break & our dish washer is not even place in right. They said the place comes with a microwave but we didn't even get one when we moved in. Its cockroaches free but somehow we have earwigs because I spot them in the bathroom all the time. The kitchen is so small and there is not enough storage or cabinets. I hate the carpet here because it is too rough. Some of the outlets here don't work for electricity but at least they were not loose like some apartments I lived before because I could not even have my phone charger stay plugged in without taping it to the plug. The gym is not even a motivating place to go to. I wished they upgrade the gym's exercise machine because most of them are broken and old. I know they don't want to risk it because people are careless and will just break it again, but if they have staff on duty then I think their equipment will last for a very long time plus here is stains on the floor too. I hate the guest bedroom closet because the hangers sticks out of the closet. For me to close it I have to push the closet door against the clothes to make it look closeable. The trash bend here are always full when my husband and I take out the trash because other renters when they move out they just dumped everything on the side of the trash bend and there are couches, twin size beds and desk tables that people just leave behind that there is no room to throw our trash we have to end up leaving it on the ground.
The positive thing I like about Rosedown Apartments is, that is why I gave it a 3 star is because its a decent price. We got the 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with the big patio downstairs. We live toward the back of the entrance of the apartment so my husband and I barely know what is going on in the front so we don't need to worry when we leave the apartment thinking we are going to get rob when we come home. Love the spacious bathroom and the bedroom is a decent size. Our bed fit just perfect and the guest bedroom fit our office work just fine. My husband and I have no problems with Dina Blanco, but his maintenance guy he is lazy for sure. Overall we like living here so far and will we renew our lease its a yes/no. I hope this information is helpful to you whether you would like to live here or not.

It's a nice looking apartments I agree I have a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom and it's pretty spacious for me and my children. I love that the parking spaces because they are big and it has a carport. Sometimes the entry gate gets stuck or broken which is inconvenient as a tenant for 3 years I did hear a few shootings in the complex and outside the apartments. I don't have any problems with the apartment manager. I noticed that a lot of people from other apartments comes over and uses the pool here and it's getting annoying. Because the pool will look dirty and trashy after other people from other apartments from using it. Some tenants are loud and have over invited guests that will crowd the parking spaces. Teenagers and kids who will start a fight in the complex occasionally.

To anyone seeking for an apartment...DON'T RENT at Rosedown! Management sucks and don't follow throughly on what they say. Plus, they try to get every bit of your penny. So save yourself time and don't even bother with this place!
