Sunset Park is located in a southeastern neighborhood of Sacramento. The neighborhood Sunset Park is situated in is an ideal one for raising a family; a school is right across the street from the building, and a variety of worship centers from various faith denominations are within walking distance. The train station is just down the block, allowing downtown workers to easily commute to their jobs. Kentucky Fried Chicken, J&D Bakery, and Ocean King Seafood are some local eateries that are right around the corner from 6248 Lemon Hill Avenue. As of April 2013, no online reviews of Sunset Park exist.
