Be careful when you sign your LIFE away to the lofts! They enter your apartment WITHOUT 24/hour notice and WITHOUT you even being present! I know I do not want a college student (The CA's) in MY room when I'm not there! They call them "Inventory Inspections" and do them all the time, while also citing you for "Dirty sinks, dirty tubs, excessive trash, etc". If I wanted to be checked on all of the time and get my room raided, I would have stayed home with my Parents! If you want to have your privacy and freedom, don't live here!!!

They do give 24 hour notices, there are the bright colored flier that are placed by your apartment door. The inventory Inspections are to help you out. One, for safety, they don't want you getting sick from mold or dirt that you might have, as well as helpful because when you move out you don't have to worry about cleaning to much (because you did it throughout the year) or getting fined for things that you didn't clean or damaged. Over all the inventory inspections are done to help you and me as residents.
