I went and toured this complex and it was so nice. The staff gave me so much information and was really friendly. I was impressed and soon as I walked through the door. Everything was so pretty and clean. I now live here and I am so glad I chose Natomas Field. The residents are friendly. I went to bingo the other night and then to the bar b q and movie night and what fun. It was so good to talk with people and just laugh. If you visit be ready to be throughly impressed with the property and staff. They always have smiles on their faces no matter what is going on. The manager is really understanding and trys to help in anyway she can.
Looking for a quiet, friendly place to live. It would be here!

This complex beats them all. My parents live here and they love it! It was a struggle to find a place at an affordable cost, in a safe neighborhood and a place that I felt would be suitable for my parents. But when I found this place it put my mind at ease. The staff is respectful and attentive to our needs and always make an effort to address our concerns.
This community prides itself on being a senior only complex and they definitely know how to run it. It's such a lively place to be at that one would hesitate to think that it housed just seniors but indeed it does.
Overall, I am very pleased with the way things run here. It's a wonderful place to live and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Don't be afraid to inquire in on the functions that are held here weekly or any other services that are provided here.

I am a resident here and I couldn't imagaine living anywhere else in Sacramento. There are lots of activities if that's what you like. There is a pool and heated spa. There is computers with the internet and fitness equipment. Some apartments have washers and dryers but others have patios and balconies. I like my patio because I like to bar b q all summer long. I use the laundry room that is connected to the clubhouse and play games on the computer or go to bingo while I do laundry. It's great!
The staff here is so courteous and sincere. They really do care about us. Mainteance is always taken care of asap. The property looks fantastic and is taken good care of. The staff really tries to help us with our problems as much as they can but we understand that they have rules too. They are always smiling and genuinly care about providing us with a wonderful place to call home.
The other review I read from 2009 is not the same people who are managing it now. I like too that my kids and grandkids are welcome here to visit. They are not allowed to use the computers or the fitness room because those are for the residents use. They are however allowed to swim with me during specific hours and that is fun.
We have a resident meeting every month and a birthday brunch. It is nice to know that we can enjoy being with our neighbors and voice our opinions too. They even have a social services department to help you with personal issues and a van that will take you shopping or to a movie.
It is just a fantastic place to live!
