This Apartment has a lot of potential and can be a great place to live if you are considered to be politically correct with the current manager. <P>
The Apartments here are suffering a lot from poor craftsmanship meaning wood rot, fungus and termites. You might want to also contact a mold specialist. <P>
The current manager is notorius for his misbehaving often there are complaints amongst the tenants of racial and sexual harrassment and discrimmination. <P>
There was even an incident where he was proposing a date to my 14 year old daughter stating that he was not aware of her age - yeah right. <P>
Anyway, the best time to catch the manager in a good mood is when he is taking his medication. <P>
There have been several handimen here and they all left within a short amount of time. Let's not forget that you can speak to many of the current tenants that have been around for awhile as well as previous tenants and they will tell you it could be a better place if there was a different manager. <P>
Anyway, it can be a good place to say as long as you are willing to keep your distance from management it's too bad the property owners don't know the truth. <P>
