I have lived here for 4 months now and I have found it to be pretty enjoyable. the office staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff seem to be as well, I have notice in the short time that I have been here that they have purchased a pool table for the clubhouse and done some work on the pool great to see where your money is going. I would recommend this place to live it your are looking.

My overall experience has been good here. Aside from the occasional little kids playing outside their apt, there is little noise (perfect for studying) and people are nice. There is open and covered parking (plenty if you have guests). Internet doesnt works sometimes which can be a hassle for students. The apts do look older in appearance but floorplans available are pretty nice. If youre looking for quiet neighbors who mind their own business than this is the place for you.
