When I first moved in it was a nightmare. AFTER I moved in they remodeled my kitchen and fixed my bathroom, but I can't out why it wasn't done before. I feel like I'm always going to the office to complain about something breaking or falling apart. It is disgustingly hot during the summer( idon't know why there are no ACs) However its awesome being only a 5minute walk to school and my neighbors were really cool. Everyone parties together and its a fun place to live
