Ok well I moved here because the property across the way (Avalon) was full, BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE! First the amount of homeless people living on the property (stairwells, storage rooms, in the showers, in the saunas, in the workout rooms, and various other places is enough to make anyone puke, they have now taken over our spas and are using them as there personal showers. They leave trash all over our hallways and outside our buildings, I have had my truck broken into 3 times over the last year and have had enough of it. If not for my year lease I would have been out of here sooner! Now that I have gone off on a tangent about the bums I will move onto the office staff err or the lack of a intelligence in the office area, if you have a problem it takes 2-3 days to fix, even if its a broken appliance, there lack of professionalism and complete disregard of your needs is enough to make anyone go postal on these bunch of deranged baboons. Onto the living areas, not to bad for such an old property, adequate amount of hot water in the morning, spacious rooms and all the other things you would normally expect from a place like this. Building is on the older side and so are the apartments but they are habitable. Move to AVALON across the street, they have gates and real security guards who are not in-cahoots with the local bum population.
