Okay, so had I seen all of these bad reviews on the Bay Pointe apartments back in May I would have ran the other way... but of course the model home looked pretty decent for the price.... I will now ALWAYS ask to see the unit I will be occupying after my experience here. My unit was supposed to have new carpeting, which is the COMPLETE opposite. It looks like there were frat parties held on em for 3 years straight! Cigarette burns, huge dark stains... There were about 100 dead cockroaches all over the kitchen and bathroom floor the FIRST time I walked in.... The dishwasher was broken, the garbage disposal was broken.... Thought I had rats in my bathroom too, but turns out someone before me decided to leave their GERBAL behind and in the cabinets... I now have odd-looking bugs coming from the corner cabinets in my bathroom continually... My boyfriend's truck was broken into.. He's been towed twice. I wish I could have turned around and walked out the moment I stepped into that place, but I had not other option. The management is absolutely HORRID!!! The manager Julia doesn't get a damn about her tenants or trying to better her complex. The upper management of Progess management team doesn't return calls. If you want something for the same price, move a little inland. This place is SOOOOOOOOOOOO not worth it! Thank God I only have a 6 month lease. I'm hitting the door and never looking back!
