When it comes to living in San Diego, you can't beat the price of these units! They are all townhouses, so you have the privacy of the bedrooms upstairs, while being able to entertain downstairs. The end units have an extra bit of yard, but they all come with either a balcony or patio. There are several pools, laundry facilities, and playground areas. Parking is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! You have to pay to park, but it is VERY limited, you are most likely not going to get on that waiting list. The rest is street parking. If you are out at night latr that 8pm, good luck! The best part is the SUPER EASY access to the highways, We are in a secluded neighborhood, but right in the middle of everything all at once. Many bus stops and main plazas are nearby. The units are located off 3 major freeways. Enjoy!! San Diego doesn't come cheap!
