The apartment is a great deal, no doubt. But make sure you don't have Eric as a landlord. We had cockroaches the entire stay, lovely. The move is was awful!! There was a discarded mattress in the backyard, which he said he would dispose of.... not true. My roommates and i hauled off the mattress and all of the random debris to the dumpster!! The place was filthy when we moved it, so we cleaned, and then Eric had the audacity to charge us a cleaning deposit.... I called the owner, Chris, and they were completely apologetic, only because I had documented the entire move in.... Another thing... SDGE tagged our furnace, and Eric never sent someone to caulk the furnace, so we froze our butts off during the winter.... He is definitely not on top of his duties... Slacker, takes the money and does the bare minimum...
w/regard to Connie and the security gaurds... You can't even sit on the patio and chat because everything echos, the security guards will fine you for chatting past 10pm... wtf... three warnings you get evicted... it's so easy to get in trouble!
POOL is nasty and the jacuzzi is gross.... filled with sick bubbles.... i wouldn't suggest putting your left pinky in that water, might catch something...
