First, Eric is a dick. Wemet with him and he showed us a model so we decided to move in and we signed the lease. Well when we actually saw the place we moved into, it was completely disgusting. The carpets were completely stained, we had 1970's appliences and the ceilings were yellow. When I asked Eric what he was going to do about it, he said "nothing, not for the price (of rent) your paying." So we moved out a few months later. Second, the security guard is a moron. He sits in his office all day while numerous car break-ins happen every week. One time my girlfriend once ran out of gas so I went up the street to the gas station and when we returned the good ol security guard had us towed. $300 for something I had no control over. So in short stay away, pay a few bucks more at another place and you'll probably save money in the long run from the car break-ins, towing expenses, and pitty-pat fines.
