The apartments are nice, but the main problem is the management, or lack thereof. I have lived here for a year, and cannot wait to move out. The price is just over 1500 for a 2 bedroom, next to the border! The prices in Eastlake (100 timesnicer area) are actually cheaper than Casoleil, so look there first. On the other side of the freway is the ghetto. Parking is terrible. There are only about 15 guest parking spaces which are almost always full, and they are in the very fromt of the complex, so if you live in the back it is a long walk. Overflow parking is a the Home Depot, but be careful where because they tow certain cars if they are parked in the wrong spot. There is no park nearby, and the school district is okay. Like I mentioned, look in eastlake first, it is a much nicer community. The management seems to be very slow in response to service. The service employees are good, but there seems to be a consistent lack of communication between the management and the staff. It is however, a nice apartment, but the area and location are not that great. Plus, the freeway is litterally next to the complex, but the dual paine windows keep mostof the noise out. I amnot trying to bad mouth the complex, just trying to make people aware before they decide to lease here. Advice: keep looking! I found some great places AFTER I moved in here. I wish I would have looked furhter first, oh well, next month my lease is up and I will definately not stay here.
