if you are a single parent with a small child RUN from this apt complex! I had in runins with druggie neighbors, managment looked the other way. When I needed for safety reasons to get out of my lease, even after police reports and other documentation they fought to ruin my credit and would not let me out of my lease. All they want is your money and they don't give a damn about the tenants who go by the laws.
