Review for La Regencia Apartments

They advertise this place as nice, classy, upscale. But all it is is an off-campus dorm for UCSD. All the idiot students run around down the halls and shout at eachother in the courtyards, no matter what time of night. And security could care less.

The walls are paper thin and the floors must have little-to-no insulation, since I could hear everything the person above me was doing.

The parking is ridiculous. They just changed it recently so now there are more Guest spots than there are extra spots for residents with more than one car. And you get towed for parking in a guest spot! Hello?!?!?! Shouldn't the people who are actuallly paying to live here get the parking?

Crime is rampant. The very day we moved in, our grill was stolen. Again, idiot college students who have no respect for anything but themselves, ruin the place. They even spit in the elevators and leave trash in the hallways. Management does nothing.

Plus, if you want cable, you have to get anaccount through the apartments. They fail to advertise this when you first move in. And, they charge you $46 a month for basic cable, when they are only being billed by the cable company about $20.

Overall, this is the most dissatisfying apartment I've ever had. Can't wait until my leaase is up!
