I also lived in this apartment for a year and it was pure money down the drain! Terrible parking, visitor spots unheard of. Security was lax at 1st, but got a little tighter.Got harassed by neighbors and mgmt refused to take any action. No A/C, you might not think this is a big deal living in SD, but trust me you'll be wishing you had looked elsewhere! No W/D in unit, and poor gym facilities. Overall it's better then a cardboard box, but for what we paid i wish i had held out for something better.
