A friend joked that "no economy was spared" in the building of La Scala Luxury Villas. And while it's true that construction quality left a lot to be desired, after looking at all the complexes in the area, I still feel that La Scala is nicer than the norm in the UTC area.
Most units have a good amount of light and general upkeep of the complex is pretty good. Inside the units, you don't feel like you're in the typical cheap apartments of the area. In fact, many people commented that it feels like a hotel.
