This apartment is very inexpensive. The carpet and paint is kept up well. Maintenance is always on time. My calls were always answered by the leasing office. I had an apartment facing the street. Yes there is a constant hum of cars, but welcome to a city. The only downside, besides the college students, is the parking. They give you a spot, but it is way too tiny. I even had to break my lease when I relocated and I didn't have to pay any penalty.
