Years lived in complex is actually 2005 to 2007. This site is not updated to 2007. The manager lives on site and has an open door policy even during non-business hours. Maintenance is usually next day. Assigned parking for one car, but if there is an empty apt then you can ask management to borrow that spot till the empty apt is rented. I have a month to month lease but the complex has month to month, 6 month and 12 month lease options. Rent varies on lease terms. I've never had a problem with neighbors and feel safe to leave doors unlocked if I am home. Plenty of kids for your children to play with and two small play areas.
