The prices were good - to start. But then they start adding little things here and there, and no matter how good your apartment looks when you move out (even if you get the maintenance guys to do a once-over and they tell you it will only use about half of your $300 deposit to fix everything) the managers will decide that the carpet needs to be replaced, as well as various other things that will add up to more than twice your deposit. And it didn't just happen to me, but to a couple of friends as well.
