People are trashy,ghetto and extremly rude in the neighborhood,you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around and even having sex! YUCK! Seems like front office does absolutly nothing when you complain about your inconsiderate neighbors. It is a bad place to have dogs especially with all the constant construction the only places to walk your dog are muddy or blocked off. Maintienance personal is really rude and unhelpful. There is absolutly NO guest parking therefore everyone seems to park where ever they please and then you can barely drive down the street. Cars have been stolen from "guest" street parking and no one seems to care. Everything is extremly cheap in the apartments for the price you pay, my wall is even slightly bowed out- which doesn't seem safe.It always seems as if something around the complex whether in your apartment or outside doesn't work or something is wrong with it. Seriously, don't ignore the bad reviews like I did and regret it the week you move in!
