Just moved out, after having to put up with terrible parking, no guest parking only one permit per bedroom with very little street parking. People walking by from Bar and Chargers games cause damage to vehicles parked on street. Cant go anywhere when game is being played. When we came to move in the apartment we were signed up for hadnt been cleaned at all, carpets stained and smelled of smoke. Roaches infest the ground floor. Have to pay for water/sewage about $30 a month on top of rent. Had vehicle towed when parked legally and got "sorry come get your car" as a reply.
