my daughter moved out in feb.2006...air condition never worked right when we came in from ny to help her move in thought we would die....needless to say it never really worked till the day she moved out...being in the navy did not allow her the time to get another apartment...she told mangement of roaches and was told they were water bugs...again never taken care of...when she moved they tryed to blame the dirty carpet on her but it was down on her move in that the carpet was not clean...it was ok when she paid rent months in advance because she would be out to sea but once she paid one day late cause she didnt get back in time and she was charged 47 dollarsl do yourself a favor and look elswhere....navy mom
