Renter beware! Just as the other reviewer said, the landscaping looks great but management is rather poor. Here's what has happened ever since we've lived here: - we've been harassed by other tenant's guests - our property was stolen off our balcony - people have been tripping off the fire alarm in the building (twice in one night) - cops make it a point to keep this complex as part of their regular route due to the number of calls they get from this complex - college oafs play music until 2:00 AM - cars have been stolen and vandalized Parking: They're not friendly to couples unless you're renting two bedrooms from them. We have to park the other car a good 10 minutes walk away just to get parking after a certain time. They only allow one parking per room rented. Security: Like I said above, we had our property stolen off our balcony and management didn't care because the theives did not break INTO our apartment.
