I lived in Parkwood for 6 months then realized how bad it was. It was extremely unsafe and while I was there I experienced several car break-ins, bad management, a peeping tom at my window cause the security and lighting suck, and several more issues. I got out of the lease early and they charged us for unecessary expenses. It was ridiculous. They wanted us to pay $300 over our security deposit and we left the place spotless. Bad people to deal with in a bad area!!!
