If you're looking for a place where your manager cares that their are leaks and visible mold in your unit, RUN AWAY FROM PEBBLE COVE! The managers are unprofessional and rude. The office hours are Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, OFFICIALLY. You'll be hard pressed to find ANYONE there during these hours. The only time the office is open is on or close to the 1st of the month. Other than that, you'll have to send out a bloodhound to locate the managers. If you knock on their actual apartment door during these hours, the first thing you'll hear is "The Manager's not here!" Even though they're SUPPOSED to be there! The owner is no better. I've contacted her numerous times since I couldn't reach my landlords and she's promised me the world and given me NOTHING. Now I see why this place is month-to-month because if it weren't there'd be alot of lease-breaking. These apartments should be renamed "Smoke Up Your Ass" because that's all that they'll provide you with. No customer service, no maintenance, no empathy.
