They forget that this isn't just any other business and that they work where people live. The staff is TERRIBLE! They always pass it off, saying that it is out of their hands, that they just work there, that it is someone else's fault. There is no one that will accept any responsibility or try to accomodate you. Visitor parking is a joke, with approximately 1 guest spot for every building (a building has 3 floors and approximately 50 apartments). Also, if you do not have your parking pass up, they will tow you without notice. On that note, I began my lease in August when they said that assigned parking spots would be distributed in September. It is now April and they say it will be at least a few more months. Project follow-through is terrible. Things do not get done in a timely manner, even though you are paying for amenities that you do not receive. Your home should not be a place of stress. The pool, spa, and gym have done more for my stress than any of the employees. The apartments look nice, but you can tell that the craftsmanship is not the greatest. Grout on the kitchen tile is already cracking and the seal for the bathtub faucet needs work as well. And we were the first people to live in this apartment. Think how bad things will be in a couple years.
Bottomline: it's a nice place if you don't anticipate having any problems or EVER having to deal with employees.
