This place is horrible. Not so much the appearance, because it's new and looks nice. Other than that, it is a nightmare. Dealing with the staff is amazingly difficult. Tow trucks have free reign to take your cars. Don't EVER be late with your rent ... and I'm not talking about a month late, or two weeks or something. 1 week late, and you are being SERVED, and you owe legal fees upwards of $350.00, on top of a $50 late fee and $2000.00 +/- rent. I've been treated like crap time and time again by the staff of this complex. Everyone who lives here is leaving as soon as their leases are up, and its no surprise.
Water heaters have burst because of them rushing to get these apartments open, and not doing the job right. Did they go through and fix the mistake on all of these water heaters? Of course not! Just wait until yours floods your whole bedroom, then they'll come by to fix it.
"Granite countertops? Sure! But wait, oops, we didnt put sealant on them, sorry! We have the right to come make you clear every granite countertop in the apartment, so we can come in and leave granite cleaning powder (that smells like super concentrated roach spray) on top of the counters for as many days as we like. Yeah, we're disrupting your life, but if you don't clean all the counters off, we're charging you a hefty sum when you move out."
"Hey, here's a notice that we're going to be resurfacing your parking lot NEXT WEEK. We'll leave this note on your door, just like all the extremely useless notes we leave twice a week. We're sure you'll read it ... so sure, they we wont bother to remind you what we're about to do, especially since it's just next week. Your car will be towed if you don't move it ... oh, and that isn't on the notice we posted on the door anywhere, so nevermind"
I PROMISE, you will hate this place!
