The complex looks great from the visit. But that is where it ends. Office staff is useless. They take messages for work orders, do not contact maintenance or call to let you know when work will be done. It took three months to get my fireplace repaired. I moved in and the hot water heater didn't work, the washing machine leaked etc. No parking for guests. 5 slots for 4 buildings...figure the odds of getting a slot for your guest. And do not dare park without a permit. The tow-truck service gives a new meaning to zealot. They obviously get a commission on the towing. Rent is expensive and what you pay for is usually out of order, ie. jacuzzi doesn't work, pool is not heated, gym equipment inoperative. Security is a Joke! it is supposed to be a gated community, but management leaves the gate wide open for days when it works and when it is broken, it stays open for even longer. The security guard who patrols at night is ineffective. Noise from neighbors goes un-checked. Repeated calls to security or management gets no response. The list of rules by management is extensive and are enforced in an inconsistent manner. Take my advice. Don't spend your hard earned money on this place.
