I was fooled by the tour. Everything seem nice in the beginning... Not for long... I only been living here for 3 months, my car got towed twice already. Since they don't tow it back for free, you need to find a ride to go pick up the car and pay $124.
There are lots of parking here, BUT they assign you a parking space. If somebody else parks at your space, then you are screwed. Don't even borther of calling the towing company... they don't really care. (too busy towing redsidents' cars)
The rent is way too expensive. If you don't live on the top unit, it's very noise. I can hear people walk above me. The wall is so thin, people hear each other's conversations.
IF YOU HAVE NO FRIENDS; LIVE BY YOURSELF ON THE TOP UNIT; DON'T HAVE A CAR... THEN THIS PLACE IS PERFECT FOR YOU.
